Anchored VWAP Reclaim Scalp

Context
After an impulsive move into the highs, the trend remained intact. No trapped longs at the top, instead shorts were consistently squeezed. Our bias remained for continuation via pullbacks.
Setup
Price retraced into the last impulse anchored VWAP. Hyperliquid Footprints on Net Longs and Net Shorts showed:
• Longs exiting
• Shorts stepping in
Watching for new shorts into the level → reclaim setup.
Entry
Aggressive long taken on the reclaim of the anchored VWAP.
Exit / Management
First profits locked after ~1% move.
Position stopped out on the second revisit into VWAP close.
Level held overall though, producing a ~2.5% bounce, but trade was managed conservatively based on initial reaction.

1H OB + POC Confluence Long

Context
Clean, high-confluence setup built around:
• 1H Order Block acting as support
• Developing POC aligning with the zone
• High volume concentration (daily HVN)
Additional confidence came from a swept bid limit cluster and visible bid-side strength around 70k.
Entry
As price tapped the zone:
• Reaction off 1H OB + POC confluence
• Liquidity sweep into limit cluster
• Continued bid-side support (order book imbalance)
Long initiated on confirmation.
Exit / Management
Profits taken into previous lower highs / liquidity zones.
Major TP hit at stacked sell imbalance (~72.6k).
After targets: switched to trailing stop and let the market take the position out.
Result
~+7% move from the 1H OB.
Risk Management
Stop placed below the 1H OB. Very tight risk (~0.15%).

No Trade: No Aggression, No Edge

Context
Price rotated into a high-confluence zone: VWAP close + anchored VWAP + nPOC - typically an area to look for reactions.
Setup
Orderflow showed:
• No meaningful aggression into the level
• Shorts exiting, not building
• Positive delta on footprint
• Negative delta on Net Shorts footprint (shorts closing)
• OI decreasing → positions closing
• No new longs entering to fade
Decision
No trade taken.
Takeaway
Confluence alone isn’t enough. Without aggression, levels don’t matter.

Resistance Cluster Failure Short

Context
Focus was on a strong resistance cluster:
• Higher timeframe selling imbalance
• Daily single prints being filled
• Prior daily poor highs being cleared
Logical area to look for shorts into inefficiency and resistance.
Entry
As price pushed into the zone:
• Large short liquidations into resistance
• Ask-side limit clusters above
• Negative order book imbalance (sell-side dominance)
• Strong positive delta (buyers into resistance)
Short entered.
Exit
Price failed to reject, continued ranging, and eventually broke higher - invalidating the setup and stopping the position out.
Risk Management
Stop placed above resistance. Slightly wider than usual (~0.4%).
