38.2 Fib + nPOC Confluence Scalp Long

Context
A Bitcoin long scalp with the smallest position size was executed during our NY Open live stream. The 0.382 fib and nPOC were aligning locally, creating a confluence worth a shot at reduced risk. This was discussed openly on stream before the entry was even taken.

Setup
Aggressive sellers came into the confluence zone. Live on stream the order flow was walked through in real time exactly how the entry was structured, what was being watched, and why position size was kept small. That transparency is part of the process.

Entry
Long taken at the 38.2 fib + nPOC confluence as aggressive selling into the level gave the entry signal. An alert had flagged the zone in advance.

Exit / Management
Price bounced 0.6% before rotating lower and stopping the trade out. Not a winner but the risk was sized accordingly from the start. Position sizing does as much work as the entry itself, and this was a live example of that principle in practice.

1H OB + Stacked Buying Imbalance Confluence Long

Context
A perfect area with stacked confluences. The main area of interest was a clean 1H Order Block, but what made it stand out was everything building around it: a larger stacked buying imbalance zone that needed to be cleared, and a high-volume area around 60.8k from the developing range volume profile. The level was marked in advance and the alert was set the plan was simply to wait for price to arrive.

Setup
As price tapped the 1H OB, shorts became increasingly aggressive into support. A large bid wall was absorbing the selling pressure throughout. Open Interest was rising on mostly negative delta, sellers becoming active into support rather than buyers chasing. Some additional spot absorption appeared at the lows. Structure, volume and order flow all pointing in the same direction.

Entry
Long taken on the 1H OB retest as the full confluence cluster held and absorption confirmed.

Exit / Management
Price reacted immediately from the zone and delivered a 2%+ move from entry. First TP secured, remaining position still open. The 63k area is the next major target and potential full exit zone. Stop placed below the 1H Order Block with tight invalidation at around 0.4% risk acceptance below the OB or failure of bid-side support to hold closes the trade.

Metals 15min Highway Backtest Scalp (Gold & Silver)

Context
Metals were on the radar for scalp backtest longs. Copper stood out as the strongest of the three but never retraced low enough to offer an entry. Attention shifted to Gold and Silver where the 15min highways were switching from resistance to local support a transition that typically offers a small bounce on the first backtest.

Setup
Both Gold and Silver came back into their respective 15min highway levels cleanly. First backtest of a newly flipped support is a well-defined setup with a clear edge and a clear invalidation. Alerts on both levels were already set from when the highways were identified earlier in the session.

Entry
Scalp longs taken on the 15min highway backtest across Gold and Silver as the levels held on first contact.

Exit / Management
Silver delivered a 1.7% bounce. Gold was weaker at 0.8% with limited follow through. First profits secured on both, stops moved to entry after TP 1. Both trades eventually stopped out with small profits.

Range SFP Long

Context
A simple Swing Failure Pattern setup, one of the highest-probability plays in a ranging market. Deviations above or below range extremes are always on the watchlist, and this time price delivered a clean downside SFP, sweeping liquidity below the range before reversing. The plan was straightforward: wait for the sweep, then let order flow confirm the reversal.

Setup
As price swept below the range low, the flow told the story immediately. Clear spot absorption at the lows, long liquidations hitting on aggregated futures, increasing negative delta volume, and Open Interest rising, aggressive shorts entering after the sweep expecting continuation lower. That combination of liquidations, aggressive short positioning and spot absorption is exactly the setup needed for a clean reversal. An alert below the range low had already been set the sweep was caught the moment it happened.

Entry
Long taken on the SFP confirmation as absorption and flow aligned at the sweep low.

Exit / Management
Price reversed sharply from the SFP low and delivered a +3% move. Stop placed just below the SFP low with very tight invalidation the structure was clear and the level either held or it didn't.
