Range POC + Naked Daily POC Resistance Short
Context
Monday's session produced a very clean scenario mapped out in advance. The main area of interest was the range POC from end of January always worth monitoring, especially after price moves outside the range value area. Additional confluence stacked up around it: a naked Daily POC sitting in the same region, price moving higher with a bullish CVD, and shorts gradually entering throughout the move up. The plan was simple: wait for price to tap the POC region and look for confirmation. Alert set on the level, nothing to do but wait.
Setup
As price reached the POC zone, shorts had been building throughout the rally. At the highs, liquidations were hitting and Open Interest was dropping. While price ranged at the top, ask-side liquidity continued stacking and increasing resistance overhead building in real time. HTF resistance, liquidations, and growing ask-side pressure all converging at the same spot.
Entry
Short entered from the POC resistance area as the full rejection setup confirmed.
Exit / Management
Price reacted exactly as expected, the current move from the highs around -5%. Major profits secured, small portion of the position still running with the stop being trailed to lock in gains. Stop originally placed above the highs with slightly wider invalidation given the higher timeframe nature of the setup. Acceptance above the POC resistance area or failure of ask-side liquidity to hold closes the trade.
Gold & Silver AVWAP + 1H Highway Long
Context
After Gold took the low and Silver came close to it the bias flipped to long. A gap up over the weekend confirmed the shift and the focus became finding the right entry on the retracement rather than chasing the move. Copper was already too far ahead to offer a clean setup so no trade was taken there.
Setup
Two different tools, two clean levels. On Gold the anchored VWAP was pulled from the low waiting for price to retrace back into it as the first logical support on the new trend. On Silver the 1H highways were sitting as support below, already marked and alerting before the week even opened. When the new week kicked off both Gold and Silver dropped cleanly into the pre-marked zones.
Entry
Longs taken on Gold at the anchored VWAP retracement and on Silver at the 1H highway support as both levels held on the open.
Exit / Management
Gold delivered a clean 2% bounce from the AVWAP. Silver was stronger with a 4% move from the highway support.
2H OB + Stacked Buying Imbalance Long
Context
The setup was built around a 2H Order Block aligning with a cluster of stacked buying imbalances below price with tight, well-defined risk and a clean structure to work with. What gave additional confidence was a market positioning angle. A large ask-side wall was sitting above price, the kind of level that attracts shorts assuming resistance will hold. If that wall gets absorbed, those shorts become fuel for a move higher. The idea was to long from support and target the liquidity that could be created above. Alert set on the 2H OB, the retracement was the trigger.
Setup
As price retraced into the 2H Order Block, buying imbalances were cleared and structure held as expected. Order flow wasn't particularly strong on this one but the positioning setup and risk-to-reward were enough. The market then began absorbing the large ask-side liquidity overhead, forcing shorts to cover and driving the move higher.
Entry
Long taken from the 2H Order Block as buying imbalances cleared and structure held.
Exit / Management
Main target was the Range POC above price reached cleanly. Price delivered around +2.5% from entry. Most of the position closed into the Range POC. Stop placed below the 2H OB with tight invalidation at 0.3–0.4%.
Inside Day Deviation + VWAP Close Scalp Long
Context
Bitcoin had made an impulsive move to the upside and then started ranging sideways. An inside day was detected a signal that the market was consolidating. After two days of ranging the plan was clear: wait for a deviation of the lows and look for the VWAP close to be hit. In the same zone a POC and anchored VWAP were also converging discussed publicly on the live stream as the next reaction zone. Alert set on the VWAP close, nothing to do but wait for price to arrive.
Setup
The trend reversal charts and eye template did the heavy lifting on the entry. Longs were exiting first, then a minute later shorts entered aggressively with bullish CVD divergences building on the trend reversal chart throughout. That sequence: longs out, shorts in, CVD diverging is one of the cleaner entry signals.
Entry
Long taken at the VWAP close as the eye template and trend reversal chart confirmed the setup.
Exit / Management
First scalp delivered 2.8% from the VWAP close entry. Price then pulled back into the second confluence region, POC and anchored VWAP for another bounce of 1.5%. Two clean reactions from two pre-marked levels, both discussed publicly before price arrived.
