Range Low Defender Reclaim Long

Context
Price came into the range low with only single prints left below as support. Not real support, but an area of interest. The whole grind down had been driven by aggressive shorts, and Speed of Waves showed good aggression and bounces along the way, but you could see the shorts getting weaker each time.

Setup
Price took out the low again and pulled in a few more shorts. We then waited for a reclaim of the defender cluster instead of catching the knife.

Entry
Long on BTC after the defender cluster reclaim.

Exit / Management
Price pushed 1.5% right after the reclaim and we took first TPs. The trade has since run to 6%, with TPs taken and locked in.

4H OB Fourth Test Long

Context
This one was planned during Monday’s Market Overview session, where the possible scenarios for the week get mapped out. The lower 4H Order Block had been acting as strong support throughout the range, and price kept coming back to it, testing it four separate times. The final tap was the interesting one, because the order flow started to develop around the support zone.

Setup
On the fourth test a few things lined up. Bullish CVD developed around the support, Open Interest increased with fresh shorts entering, and Binance spot was buying aggressively into the lows with Coinbase gradually following. Price also cleared the remaining stacked buying imbalances inside the range. New shorts were building positions around support while spot buyers stepped in with real demand, which set up a potential squeeze.

Entry
Long from the 4H Order Block, expecting a rotation higher and a squeeze of those fresh shorts. Stop sat slightly below the block.

Exit / Management
Price reacted nicely with two targets above, both marked in advance. TP1 was the upper 2H Order Block, where price initially rejected. TP2 was the fill of the remaining Weekly TPO single prints. Price came quite close to the stop at one point but never triggered it. The trade took some patience, especially with price testing the same support over and over.

702/786 Fib Pocket + POC Long

Context
After a few days of sideways movement, price impulsed off the low of the range for a 3% move. That impulse gave us the fib pull for a deep retracement. The 70.2/78.6 pocket lined up with the previous day’s POC, so we marked that area in advance.

Setup
Price came into the zone overnight. The bounce was instant, with no real time to react if you weren’t already in.

Entry
Long at the 70.2/78.6 pocket and POC confluence. Missed personally since it happened overnight.

Exit / Management
1.3% right away, then a follow-up bounce of 4.5%. A great reaction from a level we marked before price got there.

Weekly Single Print Fill Short

Context
This was the second idea from Monday’s Market Overview session, right after the long from the lower 4H Order Block. The plan was to look for a much bigger short once price reached and filled the remaining Weekly TPO single prints. It was one of the main areas of interest for a reversal that could eventually lead to new lows in the current range. After taking profits on the first long, the job was simple: wait for the single prints and look for bearish order flow.

Setup
As price pushed into the Weekly Single Print area the flow was clean. Plenty of short liquidations on the move higher, aggressive buyers running into large ask-side limits, and buying repeatedly absorbed by resting sell liquidity. Larger sellers looked to be distributing into the demand the whole way up. The biggest tell was the spot CVD divergence. While price ranged at the highs for several hours, Coinbase kept buying and Binance started selling aggressively. Price still couldn’t push higher despite the Coinbase buying.

Entry
Short from the weekly single print fill area, looking for a much larger rotation lower. That divergence was the final trigger.

Exit / Management
The trade is still active and the bigger downside target hasn’t been reached yet. Smaller partial profits are being taken at the lower high volume areas, with the rest of the short kept open for continuation toward new lows in the range. Invalidation is acceptance above the weekly single print resistance and the recent highs.
